Craig Hullinger is from South Dakota and south Chicago and was a city planner and manager. He was the Director of Economic Development for Peoria, Illinois, Village Manager of Olympia Fields, University Park and Minooka, Assistant Manager of Tinley Park, Planning Director and Land Use Director for Will County, Illinois, and a Colonel (Retired) in the Marine Corps Reserve. Beth Ruyle is from Sarasota and St Petersburg, She had extensive experience in local government coordination, management, planning and economic development. Beth was an Executive Vice President of Ehlers and Associates, the Executive Director of the South Suburban Mayors and Managers Association (Chicago) for 22 years, and a planner with the Atlanta Regional Planning Commission. She is President of Sarasota Sister Cities. More at
